Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Maven AI: Crypto Alerts (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Maven AI provides cryptocurrency market alert notifications based on user-defined conditions. The App monitors market data and sends push notifications when specified conditions are met. The App does not provide financial advice, execute trades, or manage funds.
Not Financial Advice
The information provided by Maven AI is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Subscriptions
Maven AI Pro is available as a subscription through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
- Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App
- Share your account credentials with others
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Alerts may be delayed or missed due to network conditions, exchange outages, or system maintenance. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from delayed or missed notifications.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maven Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
