Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CSCS Mock Test 2026 - CITB (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

The App provides practice quizzes and mock examinations to help users prepare for the CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) health and safety test. The App is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CITB or the CSCS scheme.

No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content, using this App does not guarantee that you will pass the official CSCS test. The questions in the App are for practice purposes and may not reflect the exact content of the actual examination.

Subscriptions

Premium features are available as a subscription through the Apple App Store and Google Play. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings
  • Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including questions, explanations, and design, is the property of Maven Studios. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maven Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to failure to pass the official CSCS test.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
